Frustratingly, we’ve seen many women jumping into a fitness program only to see motivation and commitment curtailed because they either weren’t shown or didn’t feel the need to establish good functional foundational movements, resulting in unexpected injuries, derailing progress and halting motivation.     Our GrandmaSTRONG First Steps BEGINNER'S four-week program guides you through getting your body ready for long-term strength transformation without breaking you along the way. Our primary focus will be identifying how functional your body currently is, establishing basic functional strength movement patterns, building a pathway for ongoing strength transformation, along with proving to you that your body will respond and become strong and reliable again.

    Our GrandmaSTRONG Foundations eight-week program guides you through the foundations of getting your body ready to engage in a lifestyle where strength transformation isn't a chore but a necessity that you prescribe yourself regularly. Our primary focus is establishing strong functional 'Everyday' movement foundations across all aspect of your daily life activity. In support of this we'll introduce a few key nourishment habits, along with enlarging and empowering your belief in what is possible, and establish a protocol to restore your body.
