    Our GrandmaSTRONG Foundations eight-week program guides you through the foundations of getting your body ready to engage in a lifestyle where strength transformation isn't a chore but a necessity that you prescribe yourself regularly. Our primary focus is establishing strong functional 'Everyday' movement foundations across all aspect of your daily life activity. In support of this we'll introduce a few key nourishment habits, along with enlarging and empowering your belief in what is possible, and establish a protocol to restore your body.
