A key element to functional strength success is knowing how your body works and the corrections needed, then building mastery over how your body moves and responds functionally. Frustratingly, we’ve seen many women jumping into a fitness program only to see motivation and commitment curtailed because they either weren’t shown or didn’t feel the need to establish good functional foundational movements, resulting in unexpected injuries, derailing progress and halting motivation. Our STRONG A.D.L. Movements program changes that.
