We Love Feedback

While we do our best to deliver a quality product and respond to all your questions in a timely manner, we understand sometimes you need to let us know about concerns or share other feedback. We need to hear from you so we can continue to improve our service and deliver the highest possible content for you. 

You’ll find the FEEDBACK form at the bottom of the DASHBOARD page.

Once sent an email will be sent through to our info/support desk and if required someone from our team will be in touch as soon as possible. 

There are several different ways of letting us know about your questions. If you think other people can benefit from your question/idea, consider posting into the relevant group, or perhaps share a question on your profile and we will then respond as soon as we can and others can also benefit.

Don’t forget you will also find a comprehensive (and growing) list of answers to commonly asked questions in our knowledge base, again accessible from the left-hand side menu.
