Your account is accessed by clicking your name or photo in the top right of the computer screen.

1. From the Profile dropdown menu select BILLING ACCOUNT.

2. You’ll then then be taken to the billing and account page.
3. CLICK the blue Access my subscription button.

4. Enter the email you used to purchase the subscription/program
5. Then sign-in link is sent.

6. Check your emails and click the login button

7. You’ll be taken to the spicefitness.spiffy.co/manage page
8. You’ll see the subscription/s you have purchased.
9. Click on the subscription you want to cancel.

10. Select the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.

11. Enter reason for cancelling the subscription.
12. Then click the Cancel Subscription button.

13. You’ll see that the subscription is in a CANCELLING status.
14. Next Payment identifys as CANCELLING and auto renew (payment) disabled.
15. NOTE: You’ll still have access to the subscription membership until the current paid billing period ends.
16. ALSO: You’ll see that a resume subscription button now.
17. This means you have a GRACE PERIOD until the end of the paid beilling period where you can resume the subscription.
