How to start & finish the STRONG First Steps program well.

This program has been specifically designed for any woman who would consider herself a TOTAL beginner when it comes to exercise/fitness and the current condition of her body.

Start & Assess #

  1. The program is rolled out weekly, with daily sessions to complete or read or consider or practice.
  2. Prior to the Week 1 Monday start
    • Read the begin here and Strong Zone content
    • Then or before, complete the assessments.

Weekly Overviews #

  1. At the start of each Week watch the weeks overview video.
  2. Then read the weeks intended goals.
  3. Make the decision and arrangements on HOW you will complete the weeks CHALLENGE during the week.

How each Week is Structured #

  1. Whilst during the week you can complete the sessions in any order, it is designed to START on a Monday and FINISH on a Sunday.
    OUR RECOMMENDATION is that, at the very least, you commence the programs week ONE on a Monday.
  2. From week 1 through week 4 in all aspects of the program (ie. Move, Nourish, Believe, Restore) there is progression, So, at the end of the program you’ll not only feel your body is stronger, but ALL the other aspects of the Strong Zone will be improved.
  1. Each week is structured in the same order,
    • Monday – A strength workout.
    • Tuesday – Address a nutrition aspect to support strength transformation.
    • Wednesday – Mobility-Recovery workout
    • Thursday – Discuss and empower the mindset game in your strength transformation journey.
    • Friday – A strength workout.
    • Saturday – An optional cardio endurance workout.
    • Sunday – A rest, recover and review day.
  2. As stated previously, if this order doesn’t fit with your weekly lifestyle then simply rearrange to complete them.
  1. For each daily session when you’ve completed, read or considered the session, CLICK the “Mark Session Complete” button to capture your program progress.
  1. When ALL the weeks sessions have been completed, CLICK the “Mark Session Complete” button ant the bottom of the page.

Finish and final Assessment #

  1. When you’ve finished the final week, take time to complete the assessments and see your strength transformation improvement.
  1. When you’ve finished ALL the sessions and weeks and have CLICKED all the complete buttons, you’ll see at the program level view that
    • All the weeks sessions are checked as comp-lete, and
    • The program initial start button reads COMPLETE.
