On every workout you will see a “CLICK to Log This Workout & see my progress” button.
When this button is CLICKED it logs the workout against the workout achievement.
NOTE: Only 1 workout can be logged per day.
ALSO, workouts completed in programs and challenges are not captured in the log.
WHY NOT? Because the workout library primarily is a tool to assist in MAINTAINING your strength transformation. Typically, it’s in the maintaining where we all stray, slacken off and gradually decline in our efforts of maintaining the fitness and strenghth we gain.
Programs and Challenges on the other hand, are tools to progress a momentum slump or functional deficiency.
Once logged in the achievements you will be able to see your progression towards the workout goals.
JUST THINK… 600 Workouts could equate to 2 workouts a week for 3 years.
