My Dashboard #
From the Dashboard you’ll be able to launch any programs, challenges that you are enrolled in or progressing through, be they purchased or part of the STRONG ZONE subscription.
My Timeline #
As you progress through the strong zone posting comments and commenting in the group chats. Along with achieving the various milestone achievements along the way, the ‘My Timeline’ keeps track of these, thereby becoming an easy reflection point on how well you’ve been going and engaging.
My Achievements #
To support, encourage, motivate and reward your journey we’ve got badges and Spice coins that you achieve as you progress through your health & wellness journey here at SpiceSTRONG. You’ll get an immediate encouragement as you complete workouts, programs, challenges, engage with others in the community and use all tools within the SpiceSTRONG memberships.
My Exchange #
We’ve included and will continue to add additional resources that can empower your success. Some are simple tips and tricks, others are there to guide and support. A great FIRST EXCHANGE is the Goal Setting Worksheet. You’ll only need a week or so and a couple of workouts to have enough COINS to acquire it.
Groups #
Groups are either:
- Public… Move Strong, Nourish Strong, Believe Strong or Restore Strong.
Meaning everyone has access. - Private… Strong Zone, Challenges, Programs.
Meaning only those who have a paid subscription or paid program have access. - Hidden… Specialist small groups with a high level of customisation.

Using our workout library is like going to a group fitness class at the gym, there’ll always be an element of surprise as to what the workout will entail. All our workouts are functional strength focused, you only need minimal equipment and a small area to do them.

Rehab Library #
Sometimes we just need to focus on an area to strengthen it or stretch it. This growing library covers the body from head to toe and is a great resource to dial in on areas of your body that need more focus to become functionally strong.

Challenges are exactly that, challenges. Be they 7, 14 or 21 days, or perhaps focusing on a particular movement skill. We’ve incorporated a variety of challenge types to keep you motivated, but also to show you the possibility of what can be.

We know that as you begin the journey of regaining a strong, lean and resilient body you’ll have heaps of questions across a broad range of areas health and fitness related. The first Wednesday of every month you’ll be able to have those questions answered by Sheree through our Live Q&A time, right inside our membership. You can either ask them live or email them beforehand.
You’ll also have access to view past recordings and we’ll timestamp all the questions for easy viewing.
