Post-workout warm down (Stretches)

A key pillar in the Spice Strong program is Restore – and stretching (warming down post workout) is an integral part of restorative practice. Many workouts have a warm down session at the end of the workout, but some don’t. Alternatively, you can access the library of stretches from the workout library filter options. 

Please note with stretches, that some of the videos are longer and some are shorter. When possible we’d encourage a long stretch, but sometimes we realise that isn’t possible. We all have different areas that are tighter than others, so you’ll also find several stretches that focus on particular areas.
