Groups inside SpiceSTRONG Online is not unlike groups in Facebook.
It’s where:
- Access to a group is restricted based on subscription, program or SpiceSTRONG account.
- Members can share journey.
- Ask questions to the wider group.
- Members can share their successes or struggles.
- Be encouraged by other member stories
- etc etc. You get the gist.
Groups are either:
- Public… Move Strong, Nourish Strong, Believe Strong or Restore Strong.
Meaning everyone has access. - Private… Strong Zone, Challenges.
Meaning only those who have a paid subscription have access. - Hidden… Programs.
Meaning those who’ve purchased a specialist program have access for the duration of the program.
