Our STRONG Foundations eight-week program guides you through the foundations of getting your body ready to engage in a lifestyle where strength transformation isn't a chore but a necessity that you prescribe yourself regularly. Our primary focus is establishing strong functional 'Everyday' movement foundations across all aspect of your daily life activity. In support of this we'll introduce a few key nourishment habits, along with enlarging and empowering your belief in what is possible, and establish a protocol to restore your body.

Hey , welcome to STRONG Foundations, where your strength transformation journey gets stronger, one brick (functional movement) at a time.

Here’s a few points of CLARIFICATION to get you started in the program:

  • Weeks 1 through 8 are designed to be started on a Monday. Our recommendation is that you begin with the START & Foundational Assessment lesson, complete the assessments, and if time permits, do some walks or cycle type exercise till Monday arrives.
    If you’ve come into the program recently via the STRONG First Steps program you can skip the foundational assessment (just mark them complete), unless it’s been well over a month since you finished that program.
  • The lessons are rolled out week by week, ie. today, the Foundational Assessment + Week 1 will be unlocked, then in 7 days Week 2 will be unlocked, and so on.
  • If at anytime you’d like to do more than the three workouts listed for the week, simply repeat one, or as we’ve highlighted in the program, on the off workout days go for a walk, swim, cycle etc.
