Our GrandmaSTRONG First Steps BEGINNER'S four-week program guides you through getting your body ready for long-term strength transformation without breaking you along the way. Our primary focus will be identifying how functional your body currently is, establishing basic functional strength movement patterns, building a pathway for ongoing strength transformation, along with proving to you that your body will respond and become strong and reliable again.

How you spend the first weeks of your strength transformation journey determines the quality of your success. So don’t allow distraction, eagerness or hubris to sabotage the success that step upon step upon step, delivers.

Hey , welcome to GrandmaSTRONG First Steps, the beginning of your Strength Transformation journey.

Here’s a few points of CLARIFICATION to get you started in the program:

  • Weeks 1 through 4 are designed to be started on a Monday. Our recommendation is that you begin with the START & Assess lesson, complete the assessments, and if time permits, do some walks till Monday arrives.
  • Access to program lessons are rolled out week by week, ie. today, the START & Assess + Week 1 will be unlocked, then in 7 days Week 2 will be unlocked, and so on.
  • EQUIPMENT: You WILL need a set of Hand Weights (Dumbbells) and a Resistance Band to complete the workouts. You’ll find more on this in the START & Assess section.
  • If at anytime you’d like to do more than the three workouts listed for the week, simply repeat one, or as we’ve highlighted in the program, on the off workout days go for a walk, swim, cycle etc.
